Black Galaxy

A true black granite scattered with fine bronze and gold flecks that catch the light as you move past it. It is a gabbro, and it takes a mirror polish better than almost anything else we stock; the flecks are how you tell it from an imitation. It is dense, nearly non-porous, and durable in a working kitchen.
