Quartzite

Taj Mahal

Taj Mahal, quartzite, slab
2cm. Slabs average 127″ × 77″. One slab from the racks, ungraded.

A creamy beige quartzite with soft, low-contrast movement and a faint translucency, so it glows rather than glares under downlights. Being quartzite, it is hard: knives, hot pans and lemon juice do not affect it the way they affect marble. Our most requested kitchen stone.

Variation

Natural stone: every slab is different

This is quarried material. Color, veining and movement vary from slab to slab and from bundle to bundle, and no two are the same. The photograph shows one slab and is not the range. Pick the actual slabs off the rack, and take everything your job needs from the same bundle. a later order will be a different block and will not match.

Availability
